Acting as a matchmaker, your responsibilities will include reviewing resumes from our internal database and online job boards, conducting phone interviews, preparing candidates for meetings with hiring managers, and ultimately negotiating job offers to facilitate their employment.

Sales

Consultants are vital to the growth of our organization. They interact directly with hiring managers by identifying and targeting companies in need of staffing services. Through networking and cold calls, they create initial connections that develop into trusted business partnerships, nurturing long-lasting relationships with clients. Staffing Consultants hold in-person meetings and lunches to grasp hiring goals, team dynamics, and effectively showcase how our services can benefit their business.

Management

Management serves as the foundation of our organization, offering strategic guidance and leadership to our recruitment teams. Managers work closely with the sales team to onboard new clients, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring recruitment operations run smoothly according to each client’s requirements. Furthermore, they are instrumental in driving business growth by nurturing relationships with potential clients and enhancing the development and performance of their recruitment teams.
